    La prevención es el fin último de la criminología; se cuestiona con un ¿por qué?, para poder generar un abanico de estrategias y acciones que incidan en las causas criminógenas, sin embargo, parte del inicio de esta planeación y desarrollo es analizando e identificando las violencias. La violencia busca causar daño, tanto en cada individuo como en el tejido social, el cual corrompe y debilita, haciendo más difícil la articulación de acciones que prevengan y mitiguen la delincuencia.

    Si las violencias son múltiples, también las acciones que se deben diseñar y ejecutar en torno a ellas. Las violencias son conductas, son condiciones, son prácticas que se pueden entender como factores de riesgo, y teniendo una lectura más clara de las diferentes formas de violencias que se presenten en un espacio, mejores y mayores formas de intervención se podrán ejecutar.

    Prevention is the ultimate goal of criminology; It is questioned with a "why?", in order to generate a range of strategies and actions that affect criminogenic causes, however, part of the beginning of this planning and development is analyzing and identifying violence. Violence seeks to cause harm, both in each individual and in the social fabric, which corrupts and weakens, making it more difficult to articulate actions that prevent and mitigate crime.

    If the violence is multiple, so are the actions that must be designed and executed around it. Violence is behavior, it is conditions, it is practices that can be understood as risk factors and having a clearer reading of the different forms of violence that occur in a space, better and greater forms of intervention can be executed.
