Anthropogenic climate changes are considered one of the driving factors of voluntary and/or forced migrations of those who are forced to move, within their country or outside its borders, to ensure better living conditions. Faced with a “lax” approach in combating climate change, the contribution intends to carry out some reflection, de iure condendo, on the added value that the positivization of a human right to a stable and safe climate can provide to global climate policies and, consequently, to the protection of the so-called climate migrants.
