    The article records the result of research into the management of the process of learning and intellectual development. Emphasizes that in its perspective of teaching the tasks change in order previously determined and not by its degree of difficulty, but by the principle of contrast; the difficulty loses its decisive importance if the concrete conditions of the action had been performed correctly and if you employ it in the second stage in written form, materialized. Completes the training scheme by phases allowing to form (educate) in all students mental actions with the required quality and eliminate the heterogeneity of students according to their use, stabilizing the school performance. This does not deny the problem of individual differences, but surpasses or addresses the issue of school use.

    O artigo registra resultado de investigação sobre a direção do processo de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento intelectual. Conclui que as possibilidades de dirigir o processo de formação das ações �ideais�, das representações e dos conceitos são muito significativas. Graças a elas o educdor somente tem a possibilidade de dirigir o processo de estudo, mas também o estudante, conjuntamente com ações mentais completas, adquire o próprio método de estudo. A aplicação de uma ação determinada organizada detalhadamente elimina as principais dificuldades de muitas tarefas.
