  • This paper describes a combined synthesis of b-hydroxy-sesquiterpen eudesmane derivative using a microbiological hydroxylation sesquiterpen eudesmane derivative as the key reaction. The stereochemistry of the biohydroxylation was identified using mono and bi-dimensional ¹H-NMR experiments
