    Objetivo principal. Evaluar los conocimientos, actitudes y motivaciones de los profesionales de enfermería en el Hospital Universitario Son Espases (HUSE) y evaluar la actividad de la Unidad de Investigación de Enfermería (UINE) y su impacto en los profesionales de enfermería hacia la investigación Metodología. Diseño cuasi-experimental de grupos no equivalentes. Los participantes serán los enfermeros y las enfermeras del Hospital Universitario Son Espases (HUSE) que cumplan los criterios de selección. Los participantes contestarán a un cuestionario validado sobre conocimientos y motivaciones hacia la investigación enfermera. Se llevará a cabo mediante enlace Google Forms que será enviado al correo corporativo. Las respuestas serán registradas automáticamente. Los datos recogidos serán analizados para obtener un diagnóstico de la situación y poder implantar un conjunto de medidas y actividades para mejorar el conocimiento y la motivación de los/las enfermeros/as hacia la investigación. Después, se hará difusión de los resultados mediante la presentación en reuniones científicas y la elaboración de posibles publicaciones para hacer visible el estado de la investigación enfermera en el hospital.

    Main objective: to assess the knowledge, attitudes and motivations of nursing professionals at the Son Espases University Hospital (HUSE) and to evaluate the activity of the Nursing Research Unit (UINE) and its impact on nursing professionals towards research. Methodology: quasi-experimental design of non-equivalent groups. Participants will be nurses from the Son Espases University Hospital (HUSE) who meet the selection criteria. Participants will answer a validated questionnaire on knowledge and motivations towards nursing research. It will be carried out through a Google Forms link that will be sent to the corporate email. The answers will be recorded automatically. The data collected will be analyzed to obtain a diagnosis of the situation and to be able to implement a set of measures and activities to improve the knowledge and motivation of nurses towards research. Later, the results will be disseminated through presentation at scientific meetings and the preparation of possible publications to make visible the state of nursing research in the hospital
