La evolución del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superiorha producidocambios significativos en la formación del alumnado, a quien se le atribuye la capacidad de identificar sus necesidades formativas;por tanto, se considera convenienterealizar un diagnóstico de dichas necesidadesmedianteinstrumentosy metodologíasde evaluación. El objetivo principal deesta investigación se centra en detectar las necesidades percibidasy expresadas por el alumnado con respecto a la materia de Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) de los títulos de Grado en Educación (Infantil y Primaria) de la Universidad de A Coruña a través de un estudio descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo. El instrumento elaborado permite detectar las necesidades formativas del alumnado, evidenciando, a través de los resultados obtenidos, que éstas se presentan en todo el proceso de elaboración y defensa del TFG. Con ello se justifica la necesidad de reflexionar sobre el TFG en sí mismo (organización, desarrollo, evaluación,...) con el fin de que permita plasmar el dominio integrado de las competencias adquiridas de manera autónoma por el alumnado, con base en los principios que rigen el EEES, en aras de mejorar la calidad educativa en todo el proceso.
The evolution of the European Higher Education Area has produced significant changes in the training of students, to whom is attributed the ability to identify their training needs; Therefore, it is considered convenient to make a diagnosis of those needs through instruments and evaluation methodologies. The main objective of this research is focused on detecting the needs perceived and expressed by the student in the Final Dissertation subject. The research focuses on Degree in Early Childhood Education and Degree in Primary Education of the University of A Coruña through a descriptive study with quantitative approach. The instrument made allows detect them needs training of the students, demonstrating, through them results obtained, that these is presented in all the process of elaboration and defence of the essays. This results justified the need to reflect on the undergraduate dissertations in itself (organization, development, evaluation,...) to allow to translate the integrated mastery of skills acquired independently by students, on the basis of the principles that govern the EHEA, in order to improve the quality of education throughout the process.
