Resumen de Relevant Reading: Incorporating Book Clubs in Hospitality Education
This paper addresses the use of book clubs in hospitality classes, focused on books related to industry topics, to engage students in hospitality and tourism content and to help them think critically about the industry. The author provides insights and reflections on book clubs based on their use in several classes. Tips on how to implement book clubs in hospitality courses are provided, sample assignments are suggested, and a short list of recommended books is included.
