Resumen de Consumo responsable y envejecimiento activo. Estudio cualitativo de aproximación

  En el imaginario de otro mundo posible, es la Educación Ambiental una herramienta potente para transformar la sociedad y, el consumo responsable, un ámbito de acción primordial. Radica en ser reflexivos y críticos con los hábitos de consumo que, diariamente, materializamos. Pero, ¿qué connotaciones tiene? ¿qué percepción existe al respecto? ¿cómo se pone en juego? ¿bajo qué criterios? Tratamos de responder a estas preguntas a través de una investigación cualitativa de corte interpretativo, donde el problema de investigación se focaliza en "Caracterizar el consumo responsable en un grupo de personas mayores, contextualizadas en el fenómeno del envejecimiento activo". El objetivo central es la elaboración y validación de instrumentos de toma de datos -cuestionario y entrevista-; analizados mediante un sistema referente de análisis que refleja los diferentes ámbitos implicados -cognitivo, afectivo y acción en el medio-.

  In the imagery of other possible worlds, Environmental education is a powerful tool to transform society, and rational consumerism a primordial action. This attitude irradiates from a reflexive and critical attitude with our daily consumer habits. We shall therefore pose the following questions: what connotations does all this have; what are the perceptions of these issues; how do we implant certain initiatives, and under what criteria. We shall set out to answer these questions through a qualitative study of an interpretative nature. The nucleus of our research shall centre on “characterise responsible consumerism within a group of elderly people, contextualised in the phenomenon of active ageing.” The central objective of this study is to elaborate and validate the means of data collection, i.e. questionnaires and interviews, and these shall be analysed through a system of analysis reference that reflects the cognitive, affective, and action in the field.
