  En los últimos años, está creciendo el interés por la salud de los músicos, ya que cada vez el nivel de exigencia es mayor (Martín, 2008). Según Fishbein, Middlestadt, Ottati, Straus, y Ellis (1988), alrededor del 76% sufren o han sufrido problemas físicos que les impide realizar su actividad con normalidad. En esta línea, la investigación de Ackermann, Driscoll y Kenny (2012) afirma que el 84% había tenido lesiones que habían interferido en su práctica.

  During the last years, the interest for the health of the musicians is increasing (Martín, 2008). According to Fishbein, Middlestadt, Ottati, Straus, and Ellis (1988), about 76% of the musicians suffer or have suffered physical problems preventing them from performing at their usual level. In this line, the research of Ackermann, Driscoll and Kenny (2012) states that 84% of the musicians had had injuries during the practice.
