Resumen de Evaluación del perfil cognitivo y de conducta en niños de un centro de atención y desarrollo infantil temprano

  En este artículo se describe una investigación en la que se aplicó una escala de Evaluación de Potencial de Aprendizaje a 32 niños de preescolar con Síndrome de Down y 32 con trastorno específico del lenguaje. El objetivo del estudio fue examinar si el perfil cognitivo de los grupos puede ser mejorado a través de la metodología del potencial de aprendizaje. Según los resultados no hubo diferencias significativas en la situación pretest entre los dos grupos para la mayoría de las subes- calas, pero si las hay entre postest y pretest entre ambos grupos, así como en el segundo grupo donde todas las diferencias fueron significativas, excepto para la clasificación y la memoria auditiva.

  This article describes an investigation that is on a scale of assessment of learning potential applies to 32 preschool children with Down syndrome and 32 with specific language impairment.

  The goal of this study was to examine whether the cognitive profile of the groups can be improved through a methodology as is the learning potential. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the situation pretest between both groups for the majority of the subscales, and with regard to the second objective is noted that there were differences between score postest and pretest between both groups, as well as in the second group where all the differences were significant except for classification and auditory memory.
