Policies and practices in teacher training in ICT in Catalonia
In this paper we present some of the results that emerge from the RDT project "Policy and Practice regarding ICT in Education: Implication for Educational Innovation and Improvement" (Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia SEJ2007-67562). We will focus on one of the factors that determine the success or failure of policies that intend to transform educational practices from the integration of ICT: initial training and professional development of teachers.
