Las concepciones sobre el docente o diferentes maneras de concebir el ejercicio de la docencia

    Investigación documental, realizada con el fin de estudiar las distintas perspectivas que hay del docente. Primeramente, se centró en la revisión del pensamiento de Freire respecto a los saberes del docente y luego, las tres concepciones de docente planteadas por Contreras. A partir de este autor, se estudió lo que sostienen Carr y Kemmis, Grundy, Pérez Gómez y Giroux;

    en estos últimos se ubicaron encuentros y aportes. Entre las conclusiones están: (a) los saberes del docentes expuestos por Freire, surgieron desde su práctica educativa humanista y liberadora; (b) las concepciones de docentes presentadas por Contreras y otros han sido elaboradas desde una aproximación teórica; (c) con distintas denominaciones los teóricos coinciden en la existencia de tres concepciones de docente: experto técnico, profesional reflexivo e intelectual crítico; (d) hay encuentros entre las concepciones de docente referidas por autores estudiados y lo que Habermas designa como saberes rectores del conocimiento.

    Research was conducted to explore different teacher�s perspectives.

    First, it focus on the review of Freire�s thinking about teacher knowledge and the three conceptions of teaching raised by Contreras. We also review authors like Carr and Kemmis, Grundy, Perez Gomez and Giroux; finding common grounds among them. Conclusions follows as: (a) Freire�s knowledge of teaching emerged from humanist and liberating educational practice, (b) teachers� conceptions presented by Contreras and others have been developed from a theoretical approach, (c) with different denominations theorists agree on the existence of three conceptions of teaching:

    technical expert, reflexive practitioner and critical intellectual, (d) there are consensus along teachers� conceptions reported by some authors and what Habermas refers to as knowledge of knowledge guiding.
