The author approaches the topic of the education and the politic, passing for the role of the intellectual ones and the academicians who can establish interesting, not necessarily interdependent relations, to face the big challenges of development that demands a country as Colombia, considered by many people an unviable country and for some others an incomplete Democracy.
He calls the attention on the progressive deterioration of the politic and urges to the adoption of deliberative and critical attitudes on the part of intellectual and academic in order that, more early that it is late, they could influence the exercise of the politics.
