TAt present, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is much more than meeting the expectations, values and requirements of Stakeholders in order to provide greater legitimacy to the acquisition of profit; it involves the company as an agent of culture and civilization, which generates knowledge, allowing individuals to acquire critical judgment, lifestyles, customs and the level of scientific and industrial development of society, providing people with human development, incorporating more and more of them into a trend of progress and assuming the present in order for there to exist a possibility of a future. This new position for business in society has consequences on how to convince and influence the decision-making process of Stakeholders, who affect management, giving rise to the need for a model that relates tangible and intangibles assets with the interested parties, to find out the effects and implications they have on each other, when a change occurs in any of them.
