Se pretende poner de manifiesto como los cambios culturales no sobrevienen de improviso, sino que son fruto de la interconexción de diversos factores y de diverso orden. No se trata sólo de tomar conciencia del hecho como querían los autores de tradición marxista de la III Internacional, sino que además, hay que crear las condiciones objetivas y rutinizar la práctica cultural. Sólo entonces los cambios sociales pueden tener seguro de perennidad. Los cambios sociales no se logran con violencia, sino con paciencia e inteligencia

It is intended in this paper to show how cultural changes do not take place inespectly but. That they are the outcome of diverse and interrelated factors of different kind. It is not only a question of setting concious of a fact as the traditional Marxist outhers from the Third International wanted but also there his to be created the right conditions as well as the cultural practice a routine. It is only then when the social changes can be of a perdurable kind. Social changes are not achieve though violence but with patience and inteligence.
