In fact, traditionally it has been defined, of simplistic form, like well synonymous of product or place where one produces and consumes tourism. Nevertheless, the truth is that the destination conforms as a subsystem in the cornmon space between two more wide systems, the sectorial-tourist one and the geographical one, and as such it benefits from both and must be interpreted, planned and managed attending to its individual elements, but mainly to the interactions rising among these ones
