Abstract
La acción tutorial es un elemento clave en los centros educativos como parte primordial en la formación de los estudiantes, tanto a nivel intelectual y cognitivo como en otros aspectos relacionados con su desarrollo humano y social. Cuando hablamos de la acción tutorial como objeto de estudio, es fácil considerarla como un proceso implícito en la orientación educativa mediante un funcionamiento, en muchos casos rutinario en su práctica, sin contextualizar y determinar su valor añadido en la educación. Asimismo, en la actualidad los centros educativos y sus profesionales necesitan estar en continua evolución para dar respuesta al desarrollo integral de los estudiantes.La legislación hace especial mención a la función tutorial del docente con los estudiantes, dirigida y orientada a su aprendizaje y al apoyo de su proceso educativo, colaborando estrechamente con las familias...
Tutorial action is a key element in educational institutions as an essential part of students' training, both intellectually and cognitively as well as in other aspects related to their human and social development. When we talk about tutorial action as an object of study, it is easy to consider it as an implicit process in educational orientation that works in many cases as routine in practice, without contextualizing and determining its added value in education. Likewise, at the present time, schools and their professionals need to be in constant evolution in order to respond to the integral development of students. Legislation makes special mention of the teacher’s tutorial function with students, aimed at their learning and the support of their educational process, working closely with families. Thus, legislative changes, in addition to cultural, social and ideological changes, mean that teacher shave a vital role to play in guiding, planning and operating the tutorial action. In adapting it to the needs, achieving results and offering better and higher quality education, as well as in establishing procedures to detect evidences of the tutorial activity in order to be aware of the progress and results of its operation in order to modify, if necessary, the teaching methods and methods used...
