Resumen de Auditoria cultural d'una empresa d'alta tecnologia com a procediment inicial en la implementació d'una estratègia de formació continuada: la gestió del coneixement
La Tesi que es presenta consta de tres parts. En la primera sofereix un Marc Teòric sintètic sobre la Gestió del Coneixement a lempresa i la Cultura Organitzativa Orientada a Compartir que li és inherent. Lautora proposa un Model per Endegar un Procediment dAuditoria Cultural a lEmpresa basat en el Canvi Cultural.
La segona part comprèn el desenvolupament de la recerca empírica realitzada mitjançant el mètode etnogràfic i els resultats que shan obtingut. Duran realitza lAuditoria Cultural duna empresa dAlta Tecnologia en relació a la Gestió del Coneixement.
En la tercera part sexposen les conclusions de la recerca i les propostes dacord amb el tema estudiat. La primera proposta versa sobre el paper que ha de jugar la persona Llicenciada en Ciències de lEducació en la Gestió del Coneixement a lEmpresa. En segon lloc, lautora fa una proposta concreta per endegar un Procés Global i Formal de Gestió del Coneixement a lempresa estudiada, basant-se en lAuditoria Cultural realitzada.

The first of these provides a synthetic Theoretical Framework on Knowledge Management within the company and on the Organisational Culture Directed at Sharing what is inherent to this. The author of the thesis proposes a Model for Initiating a Process of Cultural Auditing within the Company, based on Cultural Change.
The second part covers the development of an empirical research project carried out through the ethnographical method, as well as the results obtained through this. Duran undertakes the Cultural Auditing of a High Technology company with respect to Knowledge Management.
The third part sets out the conclusions to this research and the related suggestions, in accordance with the question under discussion. The first proposal deals with the role that an Education graduate should play in the ambit of Knowledge Management within the Company. The author then makes a specific proposal for initiating a Global and Formal Process of Knowledge Management within the company studied, basing this upon the Cultural Auditing that has been undertaken.
