Resumen de Lanaren aldaketen eragina sindikalismo abertzalearen berrikuntza estrategikoan: ELA eta LAB sindikatuak

Transformations related to the field of work have brought about a series of dysfunctions in the expectations created in society. Profit reductions in productive activity, worsening working conditions, structural unemployment, relative reduction in salaries, new forms of labour organisations, cultural individualization and in industrial relations, demands for the revaluation of domestic work that has been so far marginalised etc.: all of these factors have caused a social crisis in the place occupied by work in our society.These transformations, and some of the strategic choices made by trade unions, have provoked a crisis in the unions that has created doubts about their power and ability to represent the working class, and improve their working conditions and standard of living. Therefore, the Basque nationalist trade unions ELA and LAB put in place a strategic renewal to deal with this decline, despite all the structural difficulties, political and the institutional difficulties that have allowed both unions to increase their power in the midst of the jobs crisis.

Lan munduko aldaketek arazo batzuk sortu dituzte lanaren sozialki esleitzen zaizkion eginkizunetan. Hainbat faktorek eragin dute lanak gure gizartean betetzen duen paperaren inguruko krisia, hala nola: ekoizpen jardueraren irabaziak gutxitzeak, lan-baldintzen prekarizazioak, egiturazko langabeziak, soldaten murrizketa erlatiboak, lana antolatzeko modu berriak, indibidualizazioak, etxeko langileen aitortza eskaerak¿Lanaren krisiari lotutako faktore horiek, sindikatuen hautu estrategikoekin batera, sindikalismoaren krisi egoera ekarri dute. Horrek kolokan jarri du haien boterea eta ahalmena langile klasea ordezkatzeko eta beronen bizi baldintzak hobetzeko orduan. Horren aurrean, zailtasun estrukturalak, politikoak eta instituzionalak izanagatik ere, ELA eta LAB euskal sindikatu abertzaleek berrikuntza estrategikoak jarri dituzte martxan, lanaren krisiaren testuinguruan euren boterea hobetzea ahalbidetu dietenak.
