Céfiro: Enlace hispano cultural y literario

The purpose of the organization is to promote the study of Latin American and Iberian languages, literatures and cultures. Included in this goal are the sponsorships of a yearly conference and the publication of a periodical.

A graduate student organization at Texas Tech University, Céfiro is committed to the investigation and diffusion of Latin America and Iberia's literary and cultural creations. Its journal publishes critical and fictional works on a wide range of themes and authors.
