    Los estudios recientes sobre los ge- nes, las neuronas y la información influyen la forma de conocernos y de conocer la realidad.

    Se tiene la oportunidad, por ello, de mejorar la formación del profesor y los estudiantes de derecho, para pasar de una educación de re- peticiones a una de novedades, descubrimien- tos, diversión, o sea: investigación. Se trata de evitar sólo �transmitir� información; hay que explorarla, construirla, inventarla, trabajando en equipo, profesor y estudiantes, dentro y fue- ra del salón de clases. Los contenidos a inves- tigar pueden situarse en el pasado, el presente o el futuro, como los derechos humanos. Así, se pretende que éstos, conocidos o vigentes, los productos del racionalismo jurídico, se am- plíen para proteger la dignidad humana emo- cional: el respeto, la confianza, la tolerancia, la responsabilidad, la felicidad, el deseo, el placer.

    La inteligencia humana es múltiple, por ello los derechos humanos deben ser inteligentes, que protejan y desarrollen el intelecto, la afec- tividad, la corporeidad, la energía, el medio ambiente y su cosmovisión

    The recent studies on the genes, the neu- rons and the information, are influencing the form to know us and to know the reality. The opportunity is had, for this reason, to improve the formation of the professor and the students of the Right, to happen of an education of repetitions to one of new featu- res, discovery, diversion, that is to say, investigation.

    One is to avoid �to transmit� information, but to explore it, to construct it, only to invent it, working in equipment, professor and students, inside and outside the hall classes. The contents to investigate can be placed in the past, the present or in the futu- re, like the human rights. Thus, it is tried that the well-known or effective human rights, the products of the legal rationalism, are extended to protect the emotional human dignity: the respect, the confiden- ce, the tolerance, the responsibility, the happiness, desire, the pleasure. Human intelligence is multiple, for that reason the human rights must be intelligent, that protect and develop the intellect, the affectivity, the corporal one, the energy, the environment and its cosmovisión
