    En el siguiente artículo intentaremos descubrir la naturaleza práctica del diagnóstico genético preimplantatorio, ello a fin de concluir si constituye o no un mecanismo de selección y discriminación del embrión humano obtenido mediante la técnica de reproducción humana denominada fecundación in vitro. En este sentido, analizaremos la protección jurídica debida al fruto de la unión de los gametos sexuales humanos (masculino y femenino); y, consecuentemente, señalar las implicancias ético-jurídicas del diagnóstico genético preimplantatorio llevado a cabo en el ambiente procedimental de la fecundación in vitro.

    In the next article we will try to discover the practical nature of diagnosis preimplantation genetic, in order to conclude whether or not it constitutes a mechanism of selection and discrimination of the human embryo obtained by the technique of human reproduction called fertilization in vitro. In this sense, we will analyze the legal protection due to the fruit of the union of these two human sexual gametes (male and female); and, therefore, know the ethical and legal implications of diagnosis preimplantation carried out in the procedural environment in vitro fertilization.
