    El comportamiento delictivo ha alcanzado un preocupante alto índice en México, en donde interviene el ambiente social que rodea al ser humano desde que llega a socializar. Lo alarmante no es en sí el crecimiento delictivo, más bien la forma de tratar de solucionar este problema, en donde no ha dado los resultados esperados, ya que no existe un pacto real entre la sociedad y el Estado. De este modo, al plantear y analizar la problemática delincuencial que enfrenta nuestro país, se determinó la necesidad de realizar un estudio al respecto, anteponiendo las premisas detectadas y comprobadas en la investigación realizada, tales como que el delito tiene estrecha relación entre sus causas, considerándose policausal.

The alarming its not its criminal growth, but the form to trait to give solution to this problem, where it is not given the waited results since not exist a real obligation between the society and the government. So, to set forth and analyzing the criminal problem that face our country, it is defined to carry out a study to respect , placing before the premises known and verified in the investigation made and found that the criminal conduct has close relation causes named policausal.
