    El control judicial de los Decretos expedidos por el Presidente de la República, en ejercicio de las funciones otorgadas por la Constitución y la ley 4 de 1992, por el cual estableció, entre otros, el régimen salarial y prestacional de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, debe responder a los nuevos criterios de aceptabilidad general y de argumentación jurídica, con el fin de que la traducción del ordenamiento jurídico Colombiano dentro del Estado Social de Derecho, se materialice, cumpliendo así con la meta de que �todo sea tal como el ordenamiento dice que debe ser, pese al desconocimiento o negación que en la práctica se haga de él.�
