    Este trabajo tiene como objetivo fundamental realizar algunas reflexiones acerca de una figura jurídica confusa como es la de las relaciones de sujeción especial y las dificultades que comporta esta situación. Para lograr este cometido se analizó el desarrollo que ha tenido la institución en el seno de la doctrina española, y de igual manera se recurrió a las sentencias de los altos tribunales que abordan la cuestión.

    Esta investigación forma parte de un estudio relacionado con los principios que regulan la actividad sancionadora de la administración.

    The main objective of this work is to develop some reflections about the confusing legal figure of the special subject relations and the difficulties posed by this situation. In order to attain this objective it has been analyzed the development this institution has had within Spanish doctrines and at the same time we referred to the sentences of the High Court related to this topic. This research is part of a study dealing with the principles regulating the administration sanctioning activity
