    El presente artículo forma parte de la ponencia presentada por las autoras en las IX Jornadas de Humanismo y Universidad �Responsabilidad Social Universitaria�, organizadas por la Escuela Universitaria de Trabajo Social Ntra. Sra. del Camino adscrita a la Universidad de León y celebradas en marzo de 2009. Se presentan las iniciativas de actuación realizadas por dicha Escuela Universitaria en el Marco de la denominada Responsabilidad Social Universitaria. Así, se describen acciones enmarcadas en su función de Agente de promoción y facilitación de la RSC en la comunidad y acciones de RSC en beneficio de la Comunidad-población.

    This article is part of the paper 'University Social Responsibility' presented by the authors at the conference IX Jornadas de Humanismo y Universidad, organised by the University School of Social Work Ntra. Sra. del Camino, which is attached to the University of León. This conference took place in March, 2009. The article deals with the action initiatives carried out by this University School in the frame of the so called University Social Responsibility. Thus, there is a description of actions framed in their function as the agent for promoting and facilitating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the community and CSR actions in the benefit of the community/people.
