    Este ensayo se basa alrededor de mi experiencia docente, la cual ha conducido a sensibilizar mi pensamiento y a adoptar una permanente actitud crítica y reflexiva, abierta al descubrimiento de otras posibilidades del ser, de su acción y de la interacción con los demás; elementos que han permitido rescatar el verdadero sentido social, autentico y formativo de la educación.

    Se hace una síntesis de la práctica reflexiva del maestro, desde una posición ética que permita fundar nuevas relaciones entre el maestro y el alumno, en torno de cuatro ejes fundamentales; la profesión, los ambientes de aprendizaje, la comunicación, las prácticas hegemónicas y el currículo escolar.

    Se pretende brindar una luz al maestro, en la búsqueda del camino que guíe su quehacer, no solo hacia la interpretación de la escuela, sino también cómo transformarla.

    This essay is based on my teaching experience which has led me to sensitize my thought and to adopt a permanent critical and reflexive attitude, open to the discovery of other possibilities of the human being, his acts and his interaction with others. These elements have allowed the recovery of the true social, authentic and formative aspects of Education.

    The essay deals with the synthesis of teachers' reflexive practice, from an ethical position that can lead to the establishment of new relationships between the teacher and the pupil, surrounding the four basic fundamental columns: profession, learning context, communication, hegemonic practice, and school curriculum.

    This article attempts to offer a guiding light to the teacher, not only toward the interpretation of schooling, but also towards its transformation.
