    El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo estudiar las posibilidades de convivencia entre dos ambientes jurídicos: Pasárgada y la Ley del Asfalto; desde una unidad distintiva. Usando como telón de fondo el caso del asesinato del niño João Helio el artículo busca verificar las realidades de los códigos del sistema jurídico en Brasil y las posibilidades de análisis provenientes de la autopoiesis, y, por lo tanto, del Recht y del Unrecht como elementos transformadores y componentes de la autopoiesis de los sistemas jurídicos.

    The object of this paper is to study the possibilities of two different legal environments living together from the point of view of a distinctive unity: Pasargada and The Law of the Asphalt. Using the case of the murdered child João Hélio as a background, it tries to check the reality of codes in Brazil�s legal system and the possibility of analysis based on the autopoietic theory and therefore of Recht and Unrecht as constitutive and transforming elements of legal systems.

    Cet article analyse les possibilités de deux environnements légaux différents vivant ensemble du point de vue d�une unité distinctive: Pasargada et la Loi de l�asphalte. Utilisant le cas de l�enfant assassiné João Hélio comment paradigme, il essaye de vérifier la réalité des codes dans le système légal du Brésil et la possibilité d�analyse basée sur la théorie autopoietic et donc de code Recht et Unrecht en tant qu�éléments constitutifs et transformants d�autopoïesis de systèmes légaux.
