    Durante los últimos años, las pesquerías artesanales andaluzas han sufrido los perniciosos efectos de la sobreexplotación de sus recursos. De ellas, las de moluscos bivalvos, fundamentalmente la de Chirla, son fiel ejemplo. En este trabajo se analizan los principales eventos que han condicionado el comportamiento de los distintos agentes involucrados en la actividad. Posteriormente se define una serie específica de esfuerzo pesquero como paso previo a la posterior fase de modelización bioeconómica, con especial referencia al problema de la estimación, y finalmente se identifican las soluciones al problema de gestión de la pesquería desde diferentes enfoques metodológicos.

    During the last years, the Andalusian artisanal fisheries have experienced the negative effects of the overexploitation. Among them, we would like to stand out the bivalve mollusc ones, mainly the Striped Venus fishery. In this research work, first, the specific features of the artisanal fisheries are defined. Second, the most important events that have conditioned the beahaviour of the different agents of the fishery are analysed, highlighting the recent technological innovation process and its negative consequences in our unregulated artisanal fishery. Third, specific series of fishing effort are defined so that the bioeconomic modelling can be done. Teherefore, the most important aspects related to the estimate of the different model parameters are analysed. Finally, some solutions for the optimal control fishery are proposed from different methodological points of view.
