    Después de cuarenta y cinco años de vigencia de la Constitución Española de 1978, se exponen algunos problemas que el texto constitucional durante estos nueve lustros ha venido arrastrando desde su inicio. En este artículo trazo someramente sin llegar a ser exhaustivo algunos de ellos, al menos los más importantes, así como la solución a los mismos, que no es otra que su reforma.

    After forty-five years of the validity of Spanish Constitution of 1978, It sets out some problems that the constitutional text has been dragging on for the last fifteen years since its inception. In this article, I briefly outline, without being exhaustive, some of them, at least the most important ones, as well as the solution to them, which is none other than their reform.
