Resumen de Domesticando a los superhéroes: Un análisis de la evolución de sus atributos y relevancia sociopolítica en el universo cinematográfico de Marvel (2008-2022)

  Esta investigación examina la evolución de los superhéroes del Universo Cinematográfico Marvel (MCU) y cómo interaccionan, desde sus construcciones narrativas, con el contexto sociopolítico en el que se crean estas historias. Para ello, se examinan los atributos fundamentales del concepto de superhéroe aplicado al MCU y su transformación a lo largo de las diferentes fases de la franquicia. Este examen se profundiza con la identificación argumental de los modelos de superhéroes y las comunidades que se forman entre ellos. Por último, se analizan las situaciones dramáticas presentadas en estas producciones y su relación con la geopolítica y la agenda política y social contemporánea. Para este estudio, se utilizó una combinación de análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de las películas y series del MCU, así como análisis de redes para comprender las interacciones entre los personajes. En conjunto, este análisis contribuye a la comprensión de la evolución del concepto de superhéroe, su impacto cultural y su capacidad para reflejar temas relevantes en nuestra sociedad contemporánea

  This research examines the evolution of the superheroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and how they interact, from their narrative constructions, with the socio-political context in which these stories are created. To this end, it examines the fundamental attributes of the concept of the superhero as applied to the MCU and its transformation throughout the different phases of the franchise. This examination is deepened with the plot identification of the superhero models and the communities that form between them. Finally, the dramatic situations presented in these productions and their relationship with geopolitics and the contemporary political and social agenda are analyzed. For this study, a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the MCU films and series was used, as well as network analysis to understand the interactions between the characters. Taken together, this analysis contributes to the understanding of the evolution of the superhero concept, its cultural impact and its ability to reflect relevant issues in our contemporary society.
