    Este trabajo aporta una aproximación a la modificación del régimen jurídico básico de la configuración de los valores negociables para dar entrada a la posibilidad de representación de los mismos utilizando también la llamada tecnología de registros distribuidos. Supone una novedad que apuesta por la incorporación de nuevas tecnologías, al tiempo que se adopta un proceso de implementación experimental para verificar que el procedimiento y resultados sean los adecuados. El estudio parte de Reglamentos europeos (2022/858 sobre un régimen piloto de infraestructuras del mercado basadas en la tecnología de registro descentralizado, y 2023/1114 relativo a los mercados de criptoactivos), y se centra en la emisión, pero sobre todo en el régimen de legitimación contenido en la Ley 6/2023, de 17 de marzo, de los Mercados de Valores y de los Servicios de Inversión.

The study is based on European Regulations (2022/858 on a pilot regime for market infrastructures based on distributed ledger technology, and 2023/1114 on crypto-asset markets), and focuses on issuance, but above all on the legitimation regime contained in Law 6/2023, of March 17, on Securities Markets and Investment Services.
