    El trabajo realizó el estudio de las tendencias históricas de la formación jurídica en la formación inicial de los estudiantes de la carrera de Contabilidad y Finanzas, donde prevaleció el método histórico lógico; se establecieron las etapas para la sistematización de los antecedentes históricos, revelando que el proceso de formación inicial de los estudiantes de la carrera de Contabilidad y Finanzas ha transitado, concibiendo el componente jurídico desde la perspectiva normativista, el mismo se ha fortalecido con el perfeccionamiento del modelo del profesional, la inclusión del contenido jurídico para la formación jurídica, sin embargo, es necesario perfeccionar relaciones que se dan entorno al contenido jurídico desde lo académico, laboral, investigativo y extensionista.

    The work carried out the study of the historical tendencies of the legal formation in the initial formation of the students of the Accounting and Finance career, where the historical logical method prevailed;

    The stages for the systematization of the historical background were established, revealing that the process of initial training of students in the career of Accounting and Finance has transited, conceiving the legal component from the normativist perspective, the same has been strengthened with the improvement of the professional model, the inclusion of legal content for legal training, however, it is necessary to improve relationships that occur around the legal content from the academic, labor, research and extension.
