Resumen de Algunas notas sobre la teoría de interpretación judicial de Carlos Cossio

Se hace un recorrido por los principales aspectos de la teoría interpretativa de Carlos Cossio, considerando el gran aporte de su teoría jurídica, denominada Egología, en la aplicación del Derecho; todo para una mejor esclarecimiento de los aspectos interpretativos, que el autor argentino plantea para una mayor comprensión de la labor del juez al aplicar el Derecho. Constatamos en Cossio, una teoría interpretativa menos formalista, pero no arbitraria, de gran utilidad descriptiva y normativa de la labor práctica o interpretativa del jurista.

A journey is made by the main aspects of Carlos Cossio interpretive theory, denominated ‘’Egological theory”, considering the great juridical contribution that it has been in the application of the Law. The purpose: a better clarification of the interpretive aspects that this Argentinean author outlines for the best understanding of the judge’s work when applying the Law. We find in Cossio, a less formalist, but not arbitrary interpretive theory, of great descriptive and normative utility for the jurist’s practical or interpretive work.
