Resumen de Análisis de la libertad religiosa en México y Chiapas: una exploración doctrinal, normativa y socio-religiosa

El presente artículo de investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis el derecho fundamental de la libertad religiosa, abocado al análisis doctrinal y normativo, en donde se contempla la legislación internacional, sin embargo, se enfoca en la normatividad nacional.
Por ello, contempla un analisis cualitativo en torno al objeto de estudio y tambien un analisis cuantitativo en lo que respecta a la realidad socio-religiosa que se vive en México y en el Estado de Chiapas.
La importancia de este tema es que México se encuentra en el segundo país del mundo con más ciudadanos que profesan la religión católica, pero, el Estado de Chiapas es la entidad federativa que cuenta con menos seguidores de la mencionada religión y con la entidad con más ciudadanos que no prosecan ninguna religión.
Desde una realidad socio-religiosa de la actividad estatal como eclesial que se vive en México y Chiapas es de suma importancia el tema, dado la evolución normativa estatatal paso de ser un estado confesional a ser un estado laico y los efectos y/o complicaciones que esto conlleva.

The objective of this research article is to carry out an analysis of the fundamental right of religious freedom, focused on doctrinal and normative analysis, where international legislation is contemplated, however, it focuses on national regulations.
For this reason, it contemplates a qualitative analysis around the object of study and also a quantitative analysis regarding the socio-religious reality that is lived in Mexico and in the State of Chiapas.
The importance of this issue is that Mexico is in the second country in the world with more citizens who profess the Catholic religion, but the State of Chiapas is the federative entity that has fewer followers of the religion and the entity with the most citizens who do not prosecute any religion.
From a socio-religious reality of state activity as an ecclesiastical one that is lived in Mexico and Chiapas, the issue is of the utmost importance, given the state normative evolution, it went from being a confessional state to being a secular state and the effects and/or complications that this entails.
