Los derechos digitales en la enseñanza del Derecho Constitucional: especial referencia al Derecho de acceso a internet

    Este trabajo tiene por objeto contextualizar el Derecho de acceso a internet en el marco de la enseñanza de las asignaturas de Derecho Constitucional.

    Partimos de la explicación del contenido teórico, de la definición del Derecho de acceso a internet como un Derecho instrumental, sustantivo y fundamental relacionado con el Derecho de igualdad y posibilitador de otros Derechos.

    Seguidamente, se vincula con el Derecho a la educación digital en una perspectiva innovadora dentro de las asignaturas de Derecho Constitucional. Se pretende mostrar la idoneidad del Derecho de acceso a internet para ejemplificar materialmente las distintas categorías conceptuales vinculadas a los Derechos y las fuentes, y para introducir nueva terminología en los léxicos de los alumnos.

    The aim of this paper is to contextualize the right of access to the internet in the context of the teaching of Constitutional Law subjects.

    Starting with an explanation of the theoretical content, the definition of the right of access to the internet as an instrumental, substantive, and fundamental right related to the right to equality and as an enabler of other rights.

    It is then linked to the right to digital education in an innovative perspective within the subjects of Constitutional Law. The right of access to the Internet is ideal for materially exemplifying the different conceptual categories linked to rights and sources and to introduce new terminology into the lexicons of students.
