Caracterización nutrimental edáfica y foliar de huertos con producción de guanábana en Nayarit, México

    La guanábana (Annona muricata L.) es un frutal de importancia económica en México. Aunque el estado de Nayarit es el principal productor, es escasa la información del requerimiento nutrimental del cultivo. Sin embargo, es escasa la información del requerimiento nutrimental del cultivo. Con el objetivo de cuantificar el estado nutrimental del cultivo de guanábana, se analizó la fertilidad del suelo y el contenido de macro y micronutrientes foliares en 16 huertos en el estado de Nayarit. Los suelos presentaron variación en el contenido de nutrientes, el N, Mn y B con alto contenido; P, Cu, Fe y Zn mostraron bajo contenido, y las bases K, Ca y Mg con contenido medio. El análisis foliar indicó que la concentración nutrimental foliar de N, P, K, Ca, Mn y B están por debajo del estándar nutrimental; Fe y Mg presentan concentraciones adecuadas, y Zn y Cu están por encima del estándar nutrimental. Aunque el estado nutrimental es diferente en cada huerto, es necesario incrementar los niveles bajos y medios de nutrientes en los suelos y corregir los des-balances nutrimentales foliares que están por debajo del estándar.

    Soursop (Annona muricata L.) is a fruit of economic importance in Mexico. Although the state of Nayarit is the leading producer, there is little information on the nutritional requirement of the crop. With the aim of quantifying the nutritional status of the soursop crop, we analyzed soil fer-tility and the content of foliar macro and micronutrients in 16 orchards in the state of Nayarit. The soils presented variation in nutrient content: high content of N, Mn and B; low content of P, Cu, Fe and Zn, and medium content of the bases (K, Ca and Mg). The foliar analysis indicated that the foliar nutritional concentration of N, P, K, Ca, Mn and B are below the nutritional standard; Fe and Mg have adequate concentrations, while Zn and Cu are above the nutritional standard. Al-though the nutritional status is different in each orchard, it is necessary to increase the soil’s low and medium nutrient levels and correct foliar nutritional imbalances that are below the standard.
