Resumen de Delitos de feminicidio: cuando el sistema jurídico se convierte en coartada

  Este artículo refexiona sobre el sistema patriarcal expresado en sentencias de sistemas judiciales latinoamericanos, a partir de dos casos de femicidio/feminicidio sucedidos en Chile y Bolivia, e intenta dar cuenta del porqué de la impunidad de estos delitos, más allá de los sistemas jurídicos específcos.

  The article makes an approach to the study of the patriarchal system refected in passed sentences of two judicial systems from South America, taking as examples both cases of femicide ocurred in Chile and Bolivia. The intention is to explain why these crimes remain unpunished, beyond the specifc reasonings of each judicial system.
