    En el contexto de la última reforma educativa (la LOMCE ha quedado derogada por la LOMLOE), la situación de las materias correspondientes a las especialidades de Latín y Griego (Cultura Clásica y Latín en Educación Secundaria Obligatoria, y Latín y Griego en Bachillerato) no ha sido en absoluto ajena a ese proceso, sino que ha sufrido una serie de cambios que han sido objeto de abundantes críticas desde el ámbito de la Filología Clásica.

    Tomando como base un afán rigorista, este artículo pretende llevar a cabo un análisis comparativo del marco educativo conformado por las dos leyes orgánicas citadas (incluyendo su ordenación del sistema educativo, las características de las dos etapas de la Enseñanza Secundaria y la situación particular de cada una de nuestras asignaturas) para determinar, de manera objetiva y lejos de tópicos, el verdadero alcance de esos cambios, detallando los diferentes aspectos, positivos o negativos, según el caso, que ha supuesto el paso de una ley a otra

    In the context of the last educational reform (the so-called LOMCE has been repealed by the so-called LOMLOE), the situation of the school subjects belonging to the teaching specialities of Latin and Greek (Classical Culture and Latin at Compulsory Secondary Education, and Latin and Greek at Baccalaureate) has not been external to that process, but it has suffered several changes which have been target of plenty of criticism from the field of Classical Philology. Being based on a strict eagerness, the aim of this paper is to carry out a comparative analysis of the educational framework made up by the two aforementioned organic laws (including their ordinance of the educational system, the characteristics of the two stages of the Secondary Education and the specific situation of each one of our subjects) in order to determine, in an objective way and far of clichés, the truly significance of those changes, detailing the different facets, positives or negatives, depending on the case, that the step from one law to the other has meant.
