Resumen de POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS PARA MULHERES RURAIS EM FOZ DO IGUAÇU: UM ESTUDO SOBRE O PROGRAMA DE AQUISIÇÃO DE ALIMENTOS – PAA / PUBLIC POLICIES FOR RURAL WOMEN: A STUDY ON THE ACQUISITION AND FOOD PROGRAM - PAA

  RESUMEN El objetivo de este estudio fue investigar la implementación del Programa de Adquisición y Alimentación de la Agricultura Familiar - PAA como política pública y la adhesión de las mujeres rurales en el municipio de Foz do Iguaçu. Como procedimiento metodológico se utilizó una investigación caracterizada como exploratoria y cualitativa. El universo de la investigación de campo fue un grupo de mujeres rurales inscritas en el PAA, haciendo un total de 15 mujeres rurales entrevistadas entre los meses de abril y agosto de 2022. Los resultados mostraron que entre las políticas públicas nacionales brasileñas, el PAA es el programa desarrollado en nivel municipal en el que se destaca la participación de la mujer rural, aunque no fue creado exclusivamente para atender a las mujeres. El presente estudio contribuyó a la identificación de oportunidades y desafíos en la visión de las entrevistadas, que incluyen el empoderamiento femenino, la valorización del asociacionismo, la permanencia del agricultor en el campo y la ampliación del debate sobre la necesidad de mantener políticas públicas dirigidas a la familia. la agricultura, en particular a las mujeres rurales.

  ABSTRACT The scope of this study was to investigate the implementation of the Acquisition and Food Program from Family Farming – (PAA in Portuguese) as a public policy and the adherence of rural women in Foz do Iguaçu County. As a methodological procedure, a research characterized as exploratory and qualitative was used. The universe of field research was a group of rural women enrolled in the PAA, making up a total of 15 rural women interviewed between April and August 2022. The results showed that among Brazilian national public policies, the PAA is the program developed at the municipal level in which the participation of rural women stands out, even though it was not created exclusively to serve only women. The present study contributed to the identification of opportunities and challenges in the view of the interviewees, which include female empowerment, appreciation of associations, the permanence of the farmer in the field and reinforced the debate on the need to maintain public policies aimed at family farming , particularly rural women.

  O escopo do presente estudo foi investigar a implementação do Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos da Agricultura Familiar (PAA) como política pública e a adesão das mulheres rurais no Município de Foz do Iguaçu/PR. A pesquisa é de caráter qualitativo. Foram empregadas as técnicas de revisão bibliográfica e documental e a realização de entrevistas com roteiro semiestruturado. As entrevistas foram transcritas, analisadas e os dados tabulados. O universo da pesquisa de campo foi um grupo de mulheres rurais inscritas no PAA, perfazendo um total de 15 mulheres rurais entrevistadas entre os meses de abril a agosto de 2022. Os resultados demonstraram que dentre as políticas públicas nacionais brasileiras, o PAA é o programa desenvolvido a nível municipal em que se destaca a participação das mulheres rurais, mesmo que não tenha sido criado exclusivamente para atender apenas mulheres. O presente estudo contribuiu na identificação de oportunidades e desafios na visão das entrevistadas, que incluem o empoderamento feminino, valorização do associativismo, permanência das famílias no campo e ampliação do debate sobre a necessidade de se manter as políticas públicas direcionadas à agricultura familiar, em especial às mulheres rurais.
