Resumen La cultura de la soja siempre ha estado presente en la composición de la actividad productiva del estado de Paraná (Brasil). Con una producción creciente, Paraná se consolida como el segundo mayor productor de soja del país. Así, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar el perfil de localización de la producción de soja en las mesoregiones del estado, para los años 2000, 2010 y 2020. Para ello, utilizamos como metodología las medidas de análisis regional para identificar si prevalece algún patrón de concentración y especialización regional en la producción de soja y si hubo, a lo largo del tiempo, cambios significativos en el patrón espacial de localización. Se comprobó que no existe un patrón de concentración y especialización espacial, su producción se distribuye regionalmente de manera similar a otros cultivos.

Soybean culture has always been present in the composition of the productive activity of the state of Paraná (Brazil). With a growing production, Paraná consolidates itself as the second largest producer of soybeans in grains in the country. Thus, the objective of this study is to analyze the locational profile of soybean production in the mesoregions of the state of Paraná, for the years 2000, 2010 and 2020. For this purpose, regional analysis measures were used as a methodology to identify whether any pattern of concentration and regional specialization in soybean production and whether there have been, over time, significant changes in the spatial pattern of location. It was found that there is no pattern of spatial concentration and specialization, its production is regionally distributed in a similar way to other cultures.

A cultura da Soja sempre esteve presente na composição da atividade produtiva do estado Paraná (Brasil). Com uma produção crescente, o Paraná se consolidou como segundo maior produtor de Soja em grãos do país. Deste modo, o objetivo deste estudo foi analisar se existe concentração espacial e/ou especialização na produção de Soja das mesorregiões do estado do Paraná, para os anos de 2000, 2010 e 2020. Para tanto, utilizou-se o método da análise regional para estimar o quociente locacional (QL), o coeficiente de localização (CL), o coeficiente de redistribuição (CR) e o coeficiente de especialização (CE), e identificar se prevalece algum padrão de concentração e/ou especialização regional na produção de Soja e se houve, ao longo do tempo, mudanças significativas no padrão espacial de localização. Constatou-se que não existe um padrão de concentração espacial e especialização da Soja. No Paraná, a sua produção é distribuída entre as regiões de modo semelhante as demais culturas.
Abstract : Soybean culture has always been present in the composition of the productive activity of the state of Paraná (Brazil). To this end, the method of regional analysis was used to estimate the locational quotient (LQ), the location coefficient (LC), the redistribution coefficient (RC) and the specialization coefficient (SP), and to identify whether any pattern of regional concentration and/or specialization prevails in Soybean production and whether there were, over time, significant changes in the spatial pattern of location. It was found that there is no pattern of spatial concentration and specialization of Soy. In Paraná, its production is distributed among the regions similarly to other crops.
