This paper displays a philosophical analysis based in feminist epistemology of the Trial of Patriarchal Justice (Juicio a la Justicia Patriarcal), a feminist and Latin American process carried out by the organization Feministas de Abya Yala. The hypothesis of the article is that this experience constituted a focus of epistemic resistance to the set of epistemic injustices suffered by women, lesbians, travestis and trans people in Latin America, and that act as barriers to access to justice.
