    Analizar la evolución del sistema de protección social en Marruecos, su institucionalización y configuración actual, tras la modificación operada en su marco normativo por la Ley Marco nº 9.21 relativa a la protección social, focalizando nuestro examen en la articulación de la protección que se realiza mediante el modelo contributivo y la asistencia social y en particular, como afecta dicha reforma a la atención sanitaria y protección a la familia, valorando su actual configuración, las modificaciones propuestas, los logros conseguidos así como las disfuncionalidad irresolutas hasta ahora pero que inexcusablemente debe acometer para conseguir alcanzar el Estado de Bienestar que aspira implantar a corto plazo.

    Analyze the evolution of the social protection system in Morocco, its institutionalization and current configuration, after the modification in its regulatory framework by Framework Law Nº. 9.21 relating to social protection.

    Focusing our examination on the articulation of the protection that is carried out through the contributory model and social assistance and, in particular, how this reform affects health care and family protection, assessing its current configuration, the proposed modifications, the achievements as well as the unresolved dysfunctions up to now but that must inexcusably be tackled in order to achieve the Welfare State that it aspires to implement in the short term.
