El Portal de Desarrollo Humano Local (PDHL), surgido recientemente a través de un convenio entre HEGOA y el Programa ART del PNUD, supone un espacio para el intercambio y divulgación de experiencias y de conocimiento. Para la sistematización de buenas prácticas; y en términos generales para la profundización del debate sobre el desarrollo humano local.Ofrece recursos documentales y formativos con la intención de ir incorporando elementos clave para la investigación, el análisis, la formación y el aprendizaje electrónico (e-learning). Se encuentra en permanente evolución y pretende contribuir al trabajo en red y a la articulación de los diversos agentes sociales y al fortalecimiento de la cooperación descentralizada N-S y S-S, teniendo en cuenta el contexto cultural, social, político y económico.

The Local Human Development Website results from a recently approved agreement between HEGOA and the UNDP “ART Programme”, which consists on space for exchange and disclosure of knowledge and experiences. As well as for systematizations of good practices, and in general terms for the deepening of the debate on local human development. This tool offers documental and formative resources with the intention of developing and keeping on incorporating new elements for research, analysis, and for formation and online capacity building (e-learning). This tool finds itself on a permanent evolution trying also to contribute to the networking and the articulation of different social agents and to the strengthening of N-S and S-S decentralized cooperation, bearing in mind diverse considerations derived from thecultural, social, political and economical context.
