Resumen de Un vacío en la historiografía sobre ETA: Violencia, juventud y educación universitaria

En los últimos años se ha avanzado considerablemente en los estudios relacionados con el terrorismo y la violencia en el País Vasco. Sin embargo, todavía hay un campo de investigación con un vacío quizá sorprendente: el de la juventud y la educación, y en concreto la universitaria. Este artículo es un estado de la cuestión sobre este vacío historiográfico, justificando la necesidad de cubrirlo. Y es que, a pesar de su importancia para el desarrollo de ETA, su relación con la juventud, la educación y la universidad han recibido menos atención historiográfica que otros elementos del entramado nacionalista radical, como el mismo grupo terrorista, el partido político HB o el sindicato LAB.

In the last decades, significant progress has been made in studies related to terrorism and violence in the Basque Country. Nevertheless, there is still a considerable loophole in this field of research.
Matters related to youth and education, specifically, universities. This article evaluates the current state on this historiographical gap, justifying the need to fill it. Despite its importance for the development of ETA, its relationship with youth, education and universities have received less historiographical attention than other elements of the radical nationalist network, such as the terrorist group itself, the political party HB or the trade union LAB.
