Resumen de Considerazioni sul regolamento dell’Unione europea 230/2014 che istituisce uno strumento inteso a contribuire alla stabilitá e alla pace
This essay focuses on the Regulation (EU) no 230/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 establishing an instrument contributing to stability and peace, with a particular reference to its genesis and ratio, to the objectives of the act and the types of European Union assistance as well as to the different forms of financing according to the action laid down therein.
The study is addressed in the wider framework of general “philosophy” underlying EU action on the international scene, based on a modern concept of human security as security of individuals – as well as of States – combined in all its meanings (also ultramilitary).
