    Resumen: Al hacer una aproximación teórica al tema propuesto por el titulo parece pertinente intentar la formulación inicial de unas preguntas y definiciones simples. Sin mucha sorpresa al afrontarlas de modo sistemático y serio, pronto percibimos que se trata en realidad de problemas fundamentales de los cuales derivan extremas y muy graves consecuencias para la práctica y, en particular, para la práctica de la profesión médica.

    Abstract: When making a theoretical approach to the subject proposed by the title, it seems pertinent to attempt the initial formulation of some simple questions and definitions. Without much surprise when facing them in a systematic and serious way, we soon realize that these are actually fundamental problems from which extreme and very serious consequences derive for practice and, in particular, for the practice of the medical profession.
