Resumen de Justicia restaurativa: una mirada desde la perspectiva de género
Restorative justice has been presented as an alternative incontexts such as Colombia, in order to achieve the consolidation of democracy. Since it has a profound rooting in communities, it can serve as a strategy to strengthen the social tissue. With a gender perspective, women’s organizations become privileged settings for its application in favor of a more equitable and fairsociety. This article presents the first results of a research projectin a marginal urban context in Cali in developing a model forthe application of restorative justice.
