El acto médico legal y forense del siglo XXI necesita identificar este nuevo tiempo tecnológico y tecnocientífico. Reconocer que solo puede realizarse desde la cooperación multidisciplinar de las profesiones, especialmente entre profesionales y académicos, así como de las instituciones implicadas. Recuperar, renovar e innovar el trabajo profesional son acciones que se deben realizar en nuestro tiempo, que va a estar repleto, científica y socialmente de innovaciones disruptivas. Analizar, actualizar y compartir los valores que se conculcan en el ejercicio de las profesiones vinculadas al acto médico legal y forense permitirá una sociedad más culta, más justa y con una mejor seguridad pública.

The act of legal and forensic medicine in the 21st century needs to identify this new technological, technical and scientific era. To recognise that this can only be done through multidisciplinary, inter-professional cooperation, especially between practitioners and academics, and the institutions involved. Restoring, renewing and innovating professional work are actions that must be carried out in our times, which will be full of disruptive innovations, both scientifically and socially. Analysing, updating and sharing the values that are violated when practising the professions linked with the act of legal and forensic medicine will allow society to be more educated, fairer and safer.
