    El texto trata de los estudios y diversas ediciones que Alfonso Rey ha hecho del Buscón, la novela picaresca de Francisco de Quevedo. Sostiene que el autor la editó varias veces en momentos distintos. En esta reseña primero se explica el contexto de las ediciones del Buscón, desde su primera publicación en el siglo XVII hasta la actualidad, con los arreglos de Quevedo y de los posteriores editores. Las hipótesis sobre la autoría de las correcciones de la novela son parcialmente aclaradas en esta edición, a pesar de que no haya mucha documentación al respecto. En ella, además, se analizan las cuatro versiones narrativas de la obra y Rey teoriza sobre la cronología de cada una. Asimismo, desgrana los testimonios y explica las correcciones, características de cada texto.

    The text deals with the studies and various editions that Alfonso Rey has made of Buscón, the picaresque novel by Francisco de Quevedo. It maintains that the author edited it several times at different times. This review first explains the context of the editions of the Buscón, from its first publication in the 17th century to the present, with the arrangements by Quevedo and subsequent editors. The hypotheses about the authorship of the corrections of the novel are partially clarified in this edition, despite the fact that there is not much documentation in this regard. In it, in addition, the four narrative versions of the work are analyzed and Rey theorizes about the chronology of each one. Likewise, he breaks down the testimonies and explains the corrections, characteristics of each text.
